Hello everybody,
Following is the itinerary for the weekend Dec. 4 - Dec. 5

- Friday, Dec. 4 - the players will catch a bus at 9:00 at Washburn. I will inform the high schools that the players will need to be excused from school that day. Parents of the middle school players will need to let their schools know the kids will be gone that day. We will probably go straight through to Eveleth - about 3 to 3 1/2 hours - and have lunch there.
- After lunch we’ll tour the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame.  We will check into our hotel after the tour. The hotel is:

- The JV plays at 5:30 pm and the Varsity plays at 7:30 pm at the historic Eveleth Hippodrome. After the Varsity game the players will head back to the hotel for pizza and turn in for the evening. The hotel has a Continental breakfast.

- Saturday, Dec 5 - both teams will leave late morning for Babbitt for the Varsity’s 2:00 game vs. East Range. We will head back for home after that game (probably around 4:00). It’s about a 4 hour ride back. We’ll more than likely stop for food which will make the trip a little longer. I expect to be back around 8:30-9:00.
- The Hall of Fame and the pizza will be covered by the Booster Club. Kids will need money for lunch in Eveleth and the meal on the way home.
- It’s a pretty quick trip and a good bonding experience for the team. I hope some of the parents can make it. The Eveleth rink and town are pretty cool.
